Software and digital products
IMAD software (such as IMAD Voice) is sold as a one-time purchase with a perpetual licence. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases unless the software fails to function as described despite reasonable troubleshooting assistance from our team.
If the software doesn't work for you
If you experience a technical problem that our support team cannot resolve within 7 days of your initial report, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. Contact us with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
Creative services (design, video, production)
For project-based services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project. Before work begins: full refund. After the first deliverable/milestone: partial refund proportional to work not yet completed. After final delivery: no refund, but we will revise the deliverable within the agreed revision scope at no additional cost.
Free tools
Our browser-based tools are completely free. There is nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email imadstudio.co@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your name, the product or service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method.
